The first night and next morning there was really loud due to a hockey tournament. The staff seemed overwhelmed with everything, so I didn't both them for anything other than a check in. My stay was much better and quieter after the group of hockey families left. I would likely stay again as I appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms.

Nice hotel. There were three of us so we needed to use sofa bed but there were no bedding so we called front desk and was told to come get them. The gentleman there only offered a fitted sheet and I asked for a cover sheet and blanket. He was a bit reluctant but went to get them. The breakfast was good except the fresh fruits were on a table with people sitting around them and talking or coughing I thought was unsanitary. Would be nice if they were in bother area. The room was quite nice and spacious with kitchen. I would stay here again as everything else was good.

Pubic Hair in the pool, 3 towels in a room for 4, front desk and breakfast staff seemed overworked and not in a mood to be pleasant, instead they were impatient and lacked common courtesy like 'have a nice stay', or a smile and eye contact. Also, front desk did not answer telephone from the room, breakfast staff had difficulty keeping the hot food, fresh food, and coffee replenished, TV did not offer netflix, no back-up toilet paper roll.

We arrived at 4:30 to get into our room. (Check in is at 4) it was not ready. Was told to sit in a chair while I wait. We were not the only ones waiting for our rooms to be cleaned. There were a few of us. Needed to ask for bedding for pull out couch and a blow dryer. Seemed disorganized. Was not thrilled.

One of the king size beds was not so comfy. It seemed to have a hollow that I was sleeping in. Also, the pull out sofa bed had a very uncomfortable spring mattress. You could feel every spring with your hand. We had to use the sofa and chair cushions so that one person could sleep on it.

Stayed in town for a Celebration of Life. Was there for one night. Although it is not the hotels fault, there was a young boys hockey tournament and the sheer number of young children RUNNING up and down the halls, banging on my door! The parents took over the lobby tv area and were loud and obnoxious. The staff did shift my room. I felt terrible for the front staff, and the whole experience was very unpleasant.
