A pleasant surprise! The Coastal is a very nice motel with large well-appointed rooms. The bed was super comfortable, not the hard slab of cement so many chain motels like to use now. Reasonably priced and the staff was helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our time here. The TV was difficult to use, so bring a tablet. I would also suggest ear plugs as the walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations of people next door.

Good if you just want to sleep

Room was extremely clean. They allowed us to check in early, but did not allow late checkout. Bed was pretty springy. The internet is horrible, if you plan on streaming or surfing the internet, this is the wrong place. People were nice.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were okay. The lady could have been a little more hospitable when I asked her for a couple of towels. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't check out early. I think there should be some exceptions to the rule.
