Barb got my family of 5 our dog checked in with a breeze. After having a mishap with another hotel we were left wondering if we would be making a long drive home after clamming, the Coastal Inn was able to graciously accommodate us at a good rate. The space was plenty big enough and a great surprise walking in. They even give you a cute little basket for the fur babies with supplies needed. Overall was a great experience, we will be looking here on for later trips.

Friendly greeting when we arrived to check in. Hotel room was like an apartment. Very quiet, even being right downtown We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere from our hotel.

This was a great location for our trip. Was so nice to have two separate bedrooms. We were two couples. Nice to have a kitchen and lots of coffee for our stay. Comfortable place to stay. Check in was easy and the lady was so nice. Fun to talk to. Love that there is Taffy at the front desk. Nice touch for the beach! The lady at check out was amazing too! Thank you!

we kept calling The emergency number over and over again till they picked up. After an hour they finally got back to us and moved us around 10. :00 p.m. our original hotel room had three rooms and they moved us to a hotel room with only.

I love staying here. This my 3rd time. Barb at the front desk is amazing and always so kind and helpful. I will only stay here now when coming to Long Beach. The only thing I wish is the rooms came with more blankets but overall 10/10

We have stayed here before and it was great. This past stay we encountered a few issues, nothing major. The fan in the bathroom didn't work when we needed it, it came after on its own. There was also no place to hang up any clothes. The outside light wouldn't come on either.

We loved all the space in the hotel and the 3 bedrooms are great. However, I am glad I read other reviews and brought extra blankets because the bedrooms get cold with just one small heater in the main room. Great location. Would definitely stay again.
