Breakfast was good; front desk was very helpful; common areas (lobby and breakfast area) need to be updated; room was updated but the bathroom wasn’t - which brings down the experience

I had to wait 15 minutes at 9:30 pm at the fro t desk and then call - and wake up - the person to check in. The sign said she was helping a guest, so I have it the benefit of the doubt and waited. Instead she could have put a sign that says call for help and I wouldn’t have had to stand there for 15 minutes

Nice rooms I was a little concerned that what they consider a handicapped accessible room is not a true accessible room the tub/shower was approximately a 2 -2.5 atep.to get in it and was difficult to get backmout of.
