Room was just ok. 4 people but only 2 towels. Very noisey with cars/trucks most of night. Beds too hard. Plus had to pay $22 per night for vehicle.

The parking spots are extremly narrow. And th floor of our room was filthy, just by walking with socks from My bed to the bathroom they were black and greasy

Pros & Cons

Pros: This hotel was centrally located to downtown Hollywood to The Bowl & Universal Studios. You can walk to downtown & The Bowl. It’s fairly close to everything if you want to take a quick drive somewhere. Location is good Cons: Parking is $20/day extra. 1 elevator for the whole entire building. Parking is a tight squeeze for SUV’s. Some construction going on, it started about 7am. Everything is compact. This facility serves a purpose & it’s decent.

The staff was nice enough to allow me to check in late. I did appreciate that option. But when we arrived in our room, there was a strong odor that wouldn’t go away. It smelled like ant spray. It was very strong. And then the sink stopped up. While taking a shower you could tell that in order for the water to be hot you have to get up early. But the manager provided a comp due to the strong odor in the room and the other issues as well.

Average Experience, we thought the cafe advertised was open but it is closed permanently. There’s a $22 parking fee for each night. Expected better. Tv in there is outdated & only does live channels. Fridges do not get cold. Honestly is only okay if you’re just there to sleep. Very clean however, ladies were working overtime on the cleanliness.
