The room was good and friendly staff, amazing breakfast lots of options One thing to consider though this is downtown so parking is a bit rough, and they only have so much spots available, and when they run out they start valet with your car double parking or moving it around to fit other vehicles in as much as possible under the building before they have to use the street

The room and the facility was clean. Perfect location to stroll around the korea town. The hot breakfast was quality and well maintained. It would been perfect if the ladies at the front desk were a little more friendly, but they were professional enough.

The overall experience at this hotel was fair. Room - although it was clean, it smelled musty. The pictures showed wooden floors, and our room was carpeted. Our window looked into another guest’s room. The buildings are very close to each other. Our room door would vibrate whenever someone else closes their room door. Unfortunately, you can smell marijuana in the halls. Parking - we return to the hotel in the evenings, and the lot was usually full, so we had to valet as the vehicles were double-parked. Amenities - good breakfast options, area had limited seating. I appreciate the filtered water dispenser in the lobby. Location - we could hear sirens throughout the night and gatherings in the hotel rooms around us. Staff were helpful when asked. Thank you.

Stayed here for the night during the weekday and had a great experience. The room was clean and nicely maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh sheets. The AC worked great and was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep. I really liked the breakfast options and the clear menu display. Parking came with a small fee but was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very noisy with squawking birds outside our window for half the night both nights of our stay and a very loud garbage truck early the 2nd morning. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the room was very small, dark and dreary. Disappointing view(alley and an apartment)

The property does not have enough parking space for all the guests, so valet parking was required. The Expedia description indicated that parking was free, but there was a $15 fee. On the plus side, the valets did an excellent job of managing the parking.
