This was our first and definitely our last stay at this hotel. The only reason we chose it was because they allowed check-in after midnight.
When we arrived and entered our room, we immediately found ants on the bed both alive and dead. My husband went to the front desk to report the issue, and they offered us another room. However, the new room was smaller, and they claimed it was the only one available.
When we went to that second room, we discovered ants again this time in the shower. As we checked the rest of the room, we also found a spiderweb with a live spider. My husband had to go back to the front desk once more, but no one was there for over 15 minutes. When someone finally returned, he explained the issue again. They seemed surprised and offered to spray the room, saying there were no other rooms available.
After my husband requested a refund due to the room being unclean and infested, they suddenly found another room for us. We moved there, but by that point, the experience had already been extremely disappointing.
In short, I will never stay here again. I was planning to return during the holidays, but after this experience, that will not happen. The service was poor, the rooms smelled musty, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
We paid $700 for just three nights, and it was absolutely not worth the price. You can see in the photos that the conditions were far below what anyone should expect for that rate. I would not recommend this hotel not even to my
