The room itself was nice . The only thing off about it was the microwave wasn’t cleaned . It looked like maybe ramen was heated and it splattered inside leaving the smell. The AC also worked but it was cracked on the edge. Other than that, great room .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had an issue with the handle on our toilet and maintenance was there to fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the hot tub was not hot. Would stay here again

Was dissatisfied with the fact that the Jacuzzi did not work. The first night the gentleman working front desk said he couldn't do anything. So, in the morning i asked the young lady if it worked and she said yes. She directed me how to turn it on, the jets came on but water was barely even warm even after running 3 times it never warmed up.

My stay was uncomfortable because of the homeless hanging out in the parking lot corner. The people in the room next to us were moving their stuff out of the room through the window. The people upstairs from us argued loudly through the night.
