I’ve stayed at the Commerce Casino Hotel a few times now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall vibe is really nice and relaxing. One of my favorite things is the players card perks — they’re actually really cool, and you don’t even need to gamble to enjoy them, which is a nice bonus. The staff is always friendly, and I have to give a shoutout to Abraham — he’s usually the one who helps me when I fly in late, and he’s always so welcoming and attentive. It really makes a difference after a long travel day. They also offer free valet when you stay, which is super convenient, plus there’s a spa and a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don’t want to leave the property. The only complaint I have is that the TVs don’t have Netflix or any streaming apps — that would be a great update. But overall, I really enjoy staying here and always look forward to coming back.

Had a rough experience, the staff tried to tell me we only reserved one bed (we reserved two), then acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us a roller bed. Our tv did not work, I told the front desk, they never came to fix it. We had a drunk smoking man in the elevator just in there, I also notified the staff they did not seem surprised.
