The staff at the front desk were rude and I will never stay there again. Also if you book through Expedia per the front desert you are not guaranteed a room and or the room type with this hotel

This is my seventh time in this Hotel, the place still nice but you can see signs of deterioration all about the place. Elevators were dirty, my bathrooms wall were damaged, the shower wasn’t working properly.. the worst part was the window ( I was in the 6th floor ), the windows were broken and didn’t close all the way so I spent my night “ enjoying “ the homeless yelling at each other. Unfortunately I didn’t discover that problem until my last night, I thought the windows were just not thick enough..😂😂
