Dreadful. The on-site restaurant which advertised dinner till 10:00 pm, refused to serve food when we arrived at 9:30. When the desk clerk was advised, he indicated that they had been warned before about the same thing. The bed pillows were old and thin, they practically evaporated when laid on - we asked the desk clerk to send up two extra, then had to call down twice before they arrived. The furniture in the room had cigarette burns and stains on them. One lampshade had stains on it that looked like blood. The TV would not work at first - we had to send for the engineer to explain how to use it. There were no directions and there were no streaming channels or movies available. There was no information card on the phone to explain extensions or services. The toilet paper roll had approximately 1/8" of paper left and there were no extra rolls. We ended up having to use facial tissue. The shower curtain was ragged and the end rings were almost completely detached. The bathroom had a pocket door that was partly off its track so that it could only be closed part way, and then with a lot of tugging as there was no handle. The only saving grace was that it was clean. Based on this stay I am honestly amazed that you are able to stay in business. I will stay with Marriott from now on.
