Pictures of hotel present it being in better condition than it is. Entrance to lobby had two overflowing trash cans for the two days we were there I believe I read that coffee and muffins are offered in the morning in the lobby. We Asked the desk clerk when we came back to our room for the night where the coffee would be in the morning. He pointed to where it would be in the lobby. When we went to the lobby the next morning, we were told the coffee machine was broken. Nothing was out in the lobby Only one bath towel in the room. Our opinion was that the room was not as clean as it could’ve been especially the bathroom. I asked for a blanket as the comforter that was on the bed with the sheet was very lightweight I was told there were no more blankets. We would not stay there again or recommend.

No towels or pillow cases!

Checked into thee room and no pillow cases on the pullows, had to request pillow cases. They brought some pillow cases a short tume later. Then we noticed that we had no towels. We requested towels twice from the front desk, they said they we send some in 15 mins twice. They never brought any towels, we had to use a ahirt to sry off with. When we checked out the in the morning, we them told the same guy that took our request that we never received any towels, we don’t want to be charged for any missing towels. He said don’t worry we have a count of all towels, we won’t charge you. Never apilogized and really didn’t show any concern, one of the worst hotels ever. Smells like pet urine throughout the hallways. I will not stay there ever again

Staff was friendly, pleasant, and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again. Room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette. I didn't get to try the breakfast. Loved it!

I love that the staff here are very professional, kind, and helpful. Their GM Erica runs a very tight ship. They should have more like her at every location!

My room was supposed to be non-smoking. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room. I ran the fan on cool all night, and that did not help. Front desk told about problem when I left. TV did not work. For $180, I felt I should have had a working TV. The desk clerk was very accommodating. He saw that I had carried my luggage a quarter of the way around the property and was walking with a cane. He offered to go take a picture of my license plate which saved me one trip to my car. I only had to walk back to my car once to put the parking or license card inside my car hanging from the rear view mirror.

The lobby was being pained, no big deal but people loitering around being creepy. My room was disgusting. No door handle on the bathroom door and it couldn’t be opened. There was white crusty stuff on the bed skirt that was very noticeable. Sheets were filthy and covered with hair and the pillows too. False advertising on the look of the rooms. Open drywall under the sink. I walked back out and left. Offered another room but I was not going to stay there. Had to find a new hotel at almost 12:30 in the morning (I had a late check in and arrived at midnight) this place should be shut down.

Very dirty. I wipe serfaces with a white towel and some lysol at hotels always and thw towel was black with dirt and grime. Hotel staff does not clean here.
