I had a horrible experience. I booked a day ahead of time and I got there and turns out the moron at the front counter, Lewis, gave my room away to somebody else. I had to go through hour long chat process to finally get my refund. I will never be going back.

Terrible night atThe Glen Capri.

So we get there and the room they gave us was not the deluxe that I payed for. The toilet did not have a lid on the reservoir, no shower curtain or door, no where to hang the towels or to put our shampoo or soap other than the floor. I went to ask for a room change. They gave me a room key to see if the next room was better. I opened the door and there was a lady in bed. How embarrassing for me and her! Finaly they moved me to a different room had a normal shower, but the room was a queen, not the king delux that I payed for. My partner and I had to sleep separate. I am very anoyed about this whole experience.

Not clean!

I showered with gnats, there was a clump of hair in the towel for the floor. I’d say I had a good nights sleep but we did not stay another night. The view was pretty though. When I told the office about the cleanliness and the hair, he said “sometimes the washer and dryer aren’t great” so he knows this happens and has yet to ensure it doesn’t. But anywho, shouldn’t have folded hair up in a clean towel.

Taste of Hollywood.

I’ve stayed at the Glen Capri 5 or 6 times. I love the nostalgic feeling of the motel, and the service is always great. It’s a perfect location of where I need to go when I visit. I’d recommend flying into Burbank, but LAX isn’t too too bad. It’s far enough from the loudness of Hollywood but close enough to still enjoy the glitz and glamour of the movie world

The property was a complete lie didn’t even have a working shower head. The room was so saturated with cigarette smoke and smell, I checked out at three am because it was making me so sick. And if the smell didn’t keep me up, it the noise from the plumbing that was so loud you’d think the walls were coming down. A complete waste of my money and time and seriously considering reporting this place to health board it was so bad.

There was no body wash soap. The receptionist man gave me a bar of soap for hands. The receptionist charged me for parking. The neighbors next to me were talking loud until 3 in the morning. Overall a bad experience.

I love the shower! It has 2 shower heads which is perfect for couples! The room is clean and sleek. The office / common area is cute and cozy with movie reference photos and a nice little coffee bar. I loved my stay!

Stay away

We had no other place to go so we had to stay here. The shower was dirty and the towels were dirty. The floor was dirty as well. The man at the front desk was beyond rude and even dismissed another guest and told him to sit down. We paid for parking though the listing said free parking. The shower water also smelled really bad like rotten eggs.
