Our check in was quick but the most courteous, friendly and warm reception from guest services person in a long time. 5000 stars to this hotel (which we had never stayed in before) just for the check in!!!

This hotel does not look like much from the outside or from the lobby but it is everything you expect from a good stay. The gentleman (Soufine, I believe was his name) at the reception desk was very nice, polite and greeted us as we approached. The room was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage and seating. The pillows and mattress were above average as well for a hotel. Parking and breakfast was included which was surprising as it was actually the only hotel I found during my search to include these. We had an early flight so did not get to try the breakfast unfortunately. Also, there are a variety of places to eat within a short driving distance. If you need a place to stay near the airport at a reasonable price and don't need all of the extras, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. If I ever return to LA and need a place to stay near the airport, I would definitely book again!

My room was clean , quiet & staff was very nice. Check in / out was a breeze. Family friendly for sure. Favorite part was the view of the airplanes landing and taking off. Breakfast wasn’t bad typical hotel food. Overall it was a great experience

I am impressed of how big is the room, the bed and how clean it is during our stay. The front desk Kelvin did an excellent customer service not only to me but I’ve seen it with other customers as well. He and other personnel Soufiane are both very nice and accommodating. Holiday Inn express may be far from most of tourist spots but will definitely give you the price you paid and the customer service you would like to have.

Good airport shuttle very easy to get and direct to the hotel staff very efficient and welcoming. The room large clean tidy and everything you need especially for a one night stay. Near the hotel is a 7/11, McDonald’s and Sizzler.

Very clean room. A little disappointed with TV choices - would have really loved to see YouTube. Every staff person I encountered was smiling and polite. PC in the lobby was helpful for my wife's flight reservation/customs forms. Enjoyed the lobby coffee as well. Shuttle service was great and I had no problem getting a return to the hotel after dropping off my wife to her flight. Breakfast was as expected, but still good and well stocked and clean. There was a heavy smell of marijuana smoke on the floor my second morning. I reported it to the desk person and by the time I got back fron breakfast it had subsided. I hope they fined the hell outta that guest and banned them, Nothing against it, just not where it's posted to not do that.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff. Opted for the king bed room. Room was clean. The bed was super comfy. I liked the simplicity of the hotel. The free self parking and the free buffet style breakfast was great before departing the hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially the shuttle driver and the housekeeping staff. Definitely one of the best experiences in a Holiday Inn hotel.
