Good walking distance from Hollywood walk of fame and shops. Felt a bit unsafe with people yelling just down on the street, extra door lock would be good. Small carpark and extra cost was unfortunate but they are clear about that on the site. Very loud machine starting up noise outside my room, on for 15 seconds off for 40 seconds constantly, made sleeping quite difficult. Got a smoke smelly room but hotel changed it for me when I asked and also stored my luggage the next day.

Very basic bed, bath, tv with a few channels. Ugly view out second story window. mini frig. no more. water line to toilet broke flooding bath, lucky I was there to turn off the valve. We got what we paid for; cheep room, close to Hollywood theaters. a Bargen at that. for our 5 night stay. We didn't need a car to get to the TCM film Festival.

This is my second time staying here,there’s no microwave in the rooms which sucks,the room stayed cold even trying to turn the heat on didn’t work,the guy at the front desk tried to make me pay an extra $60 after my room was already paid in full on Expedia

It was not clean and it has a lot of voices at night I couldn’t sleep and the stuff was rude and the sink was leaking we had to get him and we asked if he can move me to a different room he said no he doesn’t have more rooms and he said that he is going to fix it he just did put a towel under the sink and he said that he did fix it it was so bad experience they did not have enough blankets too.

It is not a great place to stay in and will never come back...parking is terrible and charging customer for parking is rediculous. Random people going in and out of the property.

Management was rude and very unhelpful. My room’s TV did not work. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Area surrounding is very poor, parking situation is a mess as well. Only stay here if you absolutely need to or want to save money.

The stuff are all rude and not professional. They think all the customer is their friend . And they treat us like a people don’t have. Place to stay and to beg them staying .also about the parking even tho u have to drop off your suitcase they tell u to pay for the parking and u can park at there . I really have a big fight with the parking. The Guys that work on that night is really rude and really cursing on me. Used the F words and put His hand on my face
