The bed was SO HARD And hurt both me and my daughters back. It was not comfortable whatsoever. There was no wash cloths in the bathroom. The rate for this room was so over priced. Not worth the 345$ a night. For that price, there should have been a continental breakfast. The elevator kept getting stuck.

This hotel is horrible! Do not be fooled by the “excellent” reviews probably staff members trying to improve ratings. Room reaks of mildew…transferred twice. A/c out and asked if I wanted a fan and also suggested that I keep my patio door open to let fresh air in. Vending machines were all empty. $6 for a small bag of chips. $42@day parking. The property is extremely outdated and unsafe. Two cars were burglarized along with my car and the front staff was rude. The gate did not close to prevent outsiders from coming in.

I usually travel 2 to 3 times a year with family, but far this hotel room was the dirtiest room I've seen, there was a huge amount of hair in shower drain, toilet was dirty around the ring impossible to ignore, front desk clerk seemed as he was always in a bad mood when asked questions or even when answering the phone for towels that we were constantly not getting. Because of the dirtieness i will never stay on this hotel again or recommend to anyone

Expedia has a shady deal with this Hotel where there are second teir roooms with trashed moldy bathrooms that expedia lists for less and if you arrive and are not happy that the picture doesn't match what they offer they can upgrade you to a remodeled bathroom for alot more.

Good: The room was clean, the beds were clean, quick and easy check-in procedure, parking is accesible and easy to park. Bad: We could hear people in and out of their rooms all night, the shower head was missing an attachment so it was challenging to adjust the height and direction of the water.

The TV channel options were very limited, no ability to stream the only options were religious channels or programs and a few news channels there were no charging outlets near the bed. Other than these 2 items the room was spacious clean and comfortable.
