The room was stinky and dark. The pillows and bed was uncomfortable. The amenities was outside. The complimentary coffee was not the greatest as well. Totally not worth the price. Would not recommend if you want a good sleep.

ROACH!! … 3 minutes after checking in I had to kill a baby roach crawling on the headboard. I asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t move me until the next day. They wanted me and my baby to sleep in a bed with roaches. I asked for a refund and they refused that as well. I checked out anyway and had to escalate the issue twice before I was issued my full refund. Disgusting how this situation was handled.

Hotel is ok, walls are not that sound proof, there was a kid crying at 3:45 in the morning, and was still crying when I checked out at 8:30. I didn’t rest well at all. Also there was hair in the sink and bathtub. It would have been nice without the child crying. I would consider staying there again if I knew I was not going to be disturbed by someone else. I’m sure the cleaning crew tries their best, but there is room for improvement.

The pictures online were deceiving, the water smelled like sewage so we couldn’t even shower, you could hear everything going on outside, and the refrigerator had a nasty smell to it. We also had to pay for parking, $24 for 2 cars in their own parking lot was a little ridiculous. We were not happy about this hotel and definitely won’t be coming back.

Great room, not too expensive!

Our room was most spacious! I like the soap that was provided in the room. The coffee machine was fun with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful. It was a great stay. Thank you

With a reception behind bullet proof glass, the area felt unsafe and we watched several transactions and assaults in a short time.. the rooms are average, noisy and not super clean, we ended up leaving early, wouldn’t recommend.
