The hotel was so much better than I expected. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it. The one drawback was some homeless in the area but you find that everywhere. There was a Whole foods across the street and a restaurant across the street.

We booked at Hotel Mariposa for a weekend getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to check in early with no issues. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by a kind front desk worker. Given the travel time, I was already very tired and just wanted to check in quickly, which he made very easy and smooth. Without me asking, he even kindly booked me a room that was away from the freeway to avoid problems with noise. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area near lots of stores, such as Whole Foods and Erewhon. Our room was very nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating. There’s a parking garage right below the hotel and it was nice because the elevator leads directly into your floor without having to walk into the lobby. We spent most of our time in the Burbank area and the hotel was conveniently about 10-15 minutes away from all our destinations. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget-friendly but really nice hotel near many LA landmarks :)

A Hidden Gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The hotel’s location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. I especially loved the beautiful patio area, which offered a lovely space to relax and enjoy meals outdoors. The indoor dining area was just as inviting, providing a cozy atmosphere for any dining experience. The towels and linens were fresh and of high quality, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member I encountered was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby attractions. It made my trip all the more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Don’t miss this fantastic hotel!

The property is in a great location. It’s fresh and clean, which is a big plus. Only negative is the $25 per night parking fee. That should be waived or at least discounted for paying hotel guests.
