The first room they put us in, the bathroom wasnt touched by room service. Towels and rags on the floor, trash bin had trash in it. So they put us in another room. For a one night stay, before the cruise, i guess it was ok. The guy that checked us in was personable, gave us info that we asked for, informative. The lady that was their later, i said hello to her, got no response from her. Too busy on her phone i guess. The room was small and tight. To get to the far side of the bed, my wife and i both whacked our shin on the bed frame. The bathroom, tiny. Showered, whacking my elbows on the walls trying to wash. To dry off, i went out in the walkway, had a little more room. Theirs a Vons not too far away. Also walked to Johnny Rockets, about 15 minutes away. For a cheap one night stay, may be ok. For a family, i would find somewhere else to go.

Great value hotel. Rooms are nice although bathroom could be cleaner. Area around property is fabulous with numerous restaurants and attractions. Hallways and common areas could use some refreshing. All in all a nice hotel if you need a place to stay for an evening or two but not for longer stays.

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours, so we didn’t mind the extremely small room. It was however very noisy bc of sirens and people yelling outside all through the night. Convenient to the cruise port.

There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, but we didn’t see a lot of people walking anywhere which made us feel a bit uncomfortable thinking that maybe we were not located in a safe place. The shower was tiny. Bed was comfortable. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner. The stairs leading up to our room looked as though they had never been vacuumed. They were also very steep. The staff and the service were very good, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved how it was in a perfect spot for you to walk anywhere you'd like. Everything was just a short walk away and it had just about anything you'd want within reach.
