Charming place in a great location. This is an older hotel that has been renovated. We were in a second-floor room; there is no elevator and the stairs were a bit steep, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. The bathroom is tiny, which is common in a hotel with old bones like this. They made pretty decent use of the space but it’s just super small by modern standards. I would have liked to have had more than three clothes hangers. But overall this is a good stay and a great value.

At first, we wondered what we got ourselves into but it was a pleasant surprise! The room was large, clean and delightful. The only con was the steep stairs to get to it with all our luggage.

The building was quite old and not spacious. No elevator and no soundproof. Hot water needed 20 minutes to work. However, the communication with the reception is very smooth and they were friendly. The communal area for coffee and kitchen was well-equipped and tidy.

The loft was really spacious and nicely designed. My friends and I wished we could have stayed here another night. Friendly staff. Much nicer in person than in the photos. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. The area of Long Beach itself is borderline sketchy, but there are also some nice restaurants in the area.

The customer service was excellent, friendly and even allowed us an early check in as it was available! The room was cozy and extremely clean! Happy parking was available! We'd definitely come again!

It was quite decent, although they shared they offer YouTube TV but it was signed out so didn’t work. We didn't expect to haul our heavy bags up the stairs, so that was difficult. The space was close to shopping and was a quite cute space. We would stay again, if we take another cruise from Long Beach.

Quaint place to visit

Check in with quick, but lots of things to remember including doors to enter, codes to enter, etc. The room was very clean and comfort. However, facing the street there was regular noise, including people, talking, ambulances, and cars going by. Room had everything we needed for the night and the bed was comfort. There is no elevator and we were on the third floor so there was a bit of a trek with all of our things. The place is very old, but they do keep the rooms cleaned. There is a nice coffee and tea station downstairs.
