No upkeep

This used to be a great place to stay. Now it is run down and in great need of some general upkeep. The last two rooms I stayed in had large stains on the carpets, hair in the shower and a musty smell. Worst part pf the last stay was the cockroach in my room. I've stayed here dozens of times over the years, but never will again.

Everything was great and comfortable staying at Hyatt place. Breakfast was ok not that was what I expected. I have not had any good breakfast when breakfast is included in the hotel price. Pics look good on the website but technically continental breakfast.

Everything was great. Might be the best breakfast I've had for hotel breakfast. The one thing that would have made it better is if the double beds were queen beds. What a difference that would have made! Would be easily 5 stars with that one change.
