When we arrived and checked in, we were given little to no info regarding anything. I asked about breakfast which I had prepaid for and they said they didn't even see that I had done so, but I persisted, and eventually Said it was okay. Then unbeknownst to me we were charged $29 for parking! We didn't have a choice. I had also asked for a room with a tub then alas there was no tub! Part of the reason we booked this hotel. We were also not given any info for the Wi-Fi but finally figured it out at the end right before we had to leave. For such a high-priced hotel. I thought maybe there'd be some water but no.

The parking entrance if hard to spot on first pass and when you miss it must drive a mile long loop to get back. Open and cheery but sterile modern. Bar and food nominal conventional. Morning coffee tepid and weak. Go around the corner to Starbucks.

The parking was convenient but the cost per day was outrageous at $30 per day. If there was a location closer that was cheaper and convenient i would have parked elsewhere. In the future I may consider a different hotel with better parking rates.

I was unable to go due to fires in LA. I did not realize I purchased non refundable room as I normally purchase refundable only. I reached out to hotel as fires prevented anyone from traveling to that area but they never responded. I feel the hotel should have allowed refunds regardless as we couldn’t access the area due to no fault of our own. So I probably would not elect to give them my business in the future if for no other reason, their non response to me

Great Pasadena Hotel!

It was such a great stay! Very comfortable and spacious enough for my family. Really nice bar area as well as a breakfast area. Highly recommend!

Park Hyatt was so welcoming to hundreds of fire evacuees like our family! Their pet friendly policy helped so many get into a safe and comfortable setting. They provided us with complimentary breakfasts, a nice gesture since so many have lost everything. Thank you!
