Fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency. After a long day and a half of travel with cancelled flights I had an unplanned overnight stay in L.A. before flying out to my final destination. The staff there was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. Very clean, very quiet, the gym is fully equipped. Very thankful to everyone there for making sure I could check-in early and have a stress free day while dealing with travel delays and re-bookings.

When you come out of LAX highly recommend you walk as an uber would have been $50 and would have taken a few minutes to get there. We had large roller cases and wasn’t an issue. We took that $50 and used it on an over priced meal in the hotel lounge for one quesadillas and two beer. Hotel was fine and a typical airport hotel with an easy walk down to Starbucks.

Room reassigned and not checked.

My bed was not made and a personal item (contact lens case) were left in the bathroom. I think someone had been in the room before me and possibly changed rooms because some of the lights didnt work. The room was not checked before it was reassigned to me
