Rude front desk. Incorrect website info.

Very rude front desk. And incorrect info on website hence 1 star. Chose the hotel purely because it was close to airport and website claimed restaurant open till midnight which we’d need after being jetlagged and on a plane for many hours. Reached at 11.30 pm and were informed restaurant and room service was shut for the day. When asked further were told they often shut 15-30 min early. We reminded the front desk to inform their management to either keep it open or change the website info, front desk staff in “polite but rude smirk” said food is a different department and I can complain if I want but basically said they don’t care. The attitude was negative. This takes Hyatt off my personal and business travel list. The primary issue is the front desk person’s attitude

Everything was good except the shuttle bus driver who was very rude at 530 pm on April 18th. Not sure if he is hired by the property or a third party. The hotel was good except for two large stains on the carpet. I feel like for the price, the carpets should be clean. The front desk staff on check in was awesome!!

A wonderful property with excellent facilities. This is my third stay at The Hyatt Regency LAX. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Thank you to Esme on the front desk, Rick in the bar and Ulices, Assistant Front Office Manager.
