one night stay was good; booked same day and tried to complete check in online and was sent over 15 emails withing a 30 minute period and none of them actually checked me in. it is a very pet friendly hotel - dogs everywhere! I did not hear any animal noises through the night so that was fine; check in was easy and room was comfortable

Had a terrible experience! Showed up to a dirty room full of hair, was moved to a second room and upon pulling bedding back second room has hair everywhere. Called front desk and they were rude and did not try accommodating. Told me I could check out, I let them know that wasn’t an option I had came from hours away with kiddos. They then moved me to a third room and made sure it was clean. Super unprofessional and rude and made it seem as If it was my fault. Housekeepers and front desk staff were speaking about me through walkie talkies in Spanish not knowing I spoke it as well and understood every word. SUPER unprofessionall. Will never stay again. CHECK YOUR SHEETS IF YOU PLAN ON STAYING!

Everything went really well and I had a very nice room. The price was great. My only issue is the cleaning solutions in the room Or very strong. I couldn’t get the smell out of my nose. I appreciate being clean, but I don’t want to smell Clorox the whole time

I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel. The staff is very nice. We will stay here again. My only complaint is the area where owners walk their dogs have a lot of dog poop. Owners don’t pick up after their dog. I was grossed out. Maybe staying on top of owners to keep the area clean. More signs to pick up after their dog. The hotel provides bags. Shame on the dog owners for being irresponsible.
