Parking is really bad on busy days. Rooms are clean, spacious and decent. There isn’t any real amenities, but the staff is really friendly and makes it feel safe. The manager is a bit stand offish, but she’s doing a great job revamping the image of hotel. The cleaning ladies are well efficient and trust worthy to leave your things around. The hours of maid service are until 3pm The WiFi is not secure and choppy. There should be a WiFi password since it leaves guest susceptible to hacking - I had an issue with that. Other than that- the hotel is a great place to stay if you’re on a budget. Traffic from Hollywood bowl is pretty bad too but that’s usually during a concert. The 2 bedroom is really big and has a connecting room. Highly recommend

The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the TV worked without a problem, the refrigerator was cold, and the customer service at the front desk was professional, courteous, and really friendly. I appreciated every staff member I encountered, as they were all so nice. The young man that worked the desk on the night of the 16th/morning of 17th was so nice.

The room looked about how you’d expect in Hollywood, but the staff were fantastic! We got there early and they upgraded our room so we wouldn’t have to wait! If you’re in town for universal I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, but you could see a lot of wear and tear in the furniture. Also, at night, the power went out to the TV, alarm clock, coffee, machine, etc. I tried to find front desk, but there was no one there. And when I informed them in the morning, they seemed uninterested.

Room: we found other people’s hair, toenail clippings and cockroaches. Staff: The lady who welcomed us was very sweet. Overnight man, asleep when we went downstairs saturday morning - Lady sunday morning was rude about the accommodation for parking that was given to us from the sweet lady. You do not talk to guests in that manner. Parking: complete mess. we were told underground parking. saturday night we planned to go out to eat and we were boxed in.

We booked the hotel to attend a 8pm concert at the Hollywood Bowl which is about a 10 min walk. We arrive at the hotel at 7:15pm, there was no one at the desk to check in, no "on a break" sign out so i rang the bell, no answer. Waved at the cameras, nothing. Called the number on the card that rang at the phone on the desk still no one came. My boyfriend brought in our luggage then went looking for any employee as well as another customer whom stated he had an issue finding the receptionist to which he found her out back smoking earlier. Neither found her. Another customer comes down looking for the receptionist whom also stated she waited a long time to check in earlier (receptionist missing). Finally at 7:43pm the receptionist comes walking down the stairs nonchalantly, stated she was on her break, didn't introduce herself, didn't apologize, nothing. She sat her belongings down, checked us in, we got in our room around 7:50pm. We come down 20min later, she was gone again. We went to the concert which of course we were late to. When we arrived back there was a gentleman sitting at the desk, we requested a managers/corporate number. He said "There is no manager. He

Room size was good. Liz at the front desk was amazingly accomodating, friendly and professional. This AM, we asked for Ice as we were checking out and the front desk said they were making ice and it would take 2 more hours. Rediculous. The facility is showing wear. Our bed base, covered with vinyl, was ripped and the glass shower door was partly removed with a curtain assisting to cover the gap due to missing glass door.
