This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We’ve always had a great stay with the staff and services. However, I’m not sure if they have a new staff or what has happened. But, the front desk gave no help when we asked some questions about sightseeing around the area. They literally looked at us and said we don’t really know. Then the manager who was seating guests in the restaurant was very rude to multiple people just asking for a table. It was obvious he didn’t want to be working. If this was our first visit, we would not have returned. The hotel is located in a great area, in the middle of the UCLA campus on the border of Beverly Hills with many shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel when visiting UCLA. The beds are hard as a rock but the convenience of being right on campus, cleanliness and quality of property can’t be beat. I also liked their no tipping policy in the restaurant. Makes it much easier.

We've stayed at three hotels in Westwood in the last twelve months. Perhaps not the most characterful, but the Luskin is definitely the best combination of rooms, amenities, service, location and value. Wholly recommend.
