The hotel was in a very good location. Accessing the room was easy with the no-staff check-in. with no elevator to the second and third floors, carrying a 45 pound piece of luggage was a little difficult. But we were advised of this ahead of time. I’m sure that the mattresses and the rooms will be upgraded soon as there seem to be a large number of obese people have been using the one we had. I had a little difficulty trying to figure out why there was no sound on the TV until I realize it was set up for headphones. I found on the rear panel where the headphones device plugged into and unplugged it and was able to get the sound back on. The kitchenette was a very nice feature and was helpful. The bathroom was well stocked. It turned out to be a very good value for us.

No staff that i saw. The room was mostly very cleans minus some dishes that were left out I assume should have been clean but had dried food stuck on theme. Other than that everything was good.

Room is not in a great area but the bigger issue is The staff told us to check in at 1115 and our code didn’t work When I finally got upstairs the room was not ready until 2 hours later - that was not big deal but when we did enter the room had a urine stench and there was still cereal on the floor and dirty counters. The room is very loud with street noise and hallway activity . Vacuum running late , homeless at the front door and A lot of outside activity

everything was nice and clean. Quiet and walkable to different restaurants. There is a beach near by and close to the cruise port would of gave it 5 stars but the heater wasn’t working and it was a little cold

We loved this hotel. It’s in a neighborhood we visit often (over the store Recircle!). Cozy room, very well equipped. My daughter said she’d love it as a studio apt. The parking situation worked well for us. Will definitely book again.

Not enough towels. EXTREMELY STINKY BUILDING AND ROOM! We nearly cancelled because the smell was so bad. Like mould, dog poop, and weed. No kleenex either. Area carpet not vacuumed. Needs some serious upkeep. Get air fresheners for stairwell, hallways and rooms!
