Carpet has probably never been cleaned. It was heavily stained and all the edges/corners were black with filth. The bathroom was in very poor condition; the cabinet supporting the sink was patched with plywood. The room smelled like laundry that had been left wet in the washer for days. We did not end up staying. The room was so gross that we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in.

You Get What You Pay For

Place was horrible. Staff were rude and dismissive. Room was scary gross, stained carpet, surfaces were dirty and an awful distinctive stench. and shared the room with a baby roach!!! .. Will NEVER stay here again.

Older property, but clean, the hot tub was nice, but the pool was ice cold! My kids couldn’t even swim in it, pool sure could use a heater. Overall I would stay here again if in the area.

The balcony looked over an empty pond. Does not look like the pictures. Our rooms were not ready at check in time. We were given keys to a room that wasn't cleaned yet. The front desk person (for check in) was really trying but it seemed like the house cleaning staff and front desk were not communicating well. The night front desk person was annoyed that we had to ask for help with our room key that wasnt working. The rooms are definitely older and do not look like the rooms in the pictures. But they were ok foe 1 night and everything was functional. We did not use pool or jacuzzi- jacuzzi was overfilled with water and both did not look clean

The room was so dirty . Stunk like pee & there was stains on the floor , walls , & roof ! The roof !!! You can literally see the mole on the walls . When I went to the front desk to complain they acted like they didn’t know & refused to give me a new room ! A room of this condition should not be offered to any person! They need to shut down this hotel !
