Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Conditions right from the get go were horrible, disgusting, filthy, and I can go on and on. The lobby was filthy and you can smell a pesticide smell like it was just sprayed. We get to are room and it even smelled worse. My wife goes into the restroom and bugs were scratching to hide. At this point we are having second thoughts. My wife jumps in shower and right off the back the tub doesn’t drain and she taken a shower in filth. Then she gets out and then she sees a huge bug come out from underneath the bed. That was it we walked out and checked in at the Double Tree Hotel down the road.
Expedia should be a shamed of them selves for letting this place be on their list of options.
I tried to get my money back from Expedia but they didn’t give me a chance to show pictures or wasn’t going to give me the full amount which was $125 shame on you
