Rooms are like little apartments! Very comfortable and spacious. Security at night was great. Only down side is we didn’t know we had to pay for parking.

Hotel & room were great. Staff was friendly & helpful. However, I do not like being charged a deposit for incidentals. My credit card is on file & if something were to come up, you could charge it at that time. To charge extra on my card ahead of time, freezes my account & takes too long for the charge to be refunded.

Very nice but very small toilets!

Very nice and quiet place to stay. They are a little bit dated…… but all the refrigerators and dishwashers are old, but worked very well. My biggest suggestion would be to upgrade their toilets to a taller and more oblong shaped toilet! It is very hard for a normal size man to sit on these small round toilets. It would not be that expensive to upgrade the toilets!

Cleaning needs to be improved as I found the trash left from the previous renter. Housekeeping needs to triple check the rooms when clean them as I found trash next to the bed and another trash behind the couch.

Pool was not heated as stated. Hot tub was not working the whole time of our stay which was terrible for my kid who tried to swim. TV Netflix was also not working in the room which was also not good for my kid. Very unsatisfactory amenities.
