The hotel is terrible, no maintenance at all, the facilities are in very bad condition, it smells awful, the showers are disgusting, and the only positive thing is how close it is to Universal.

Clean room, VERY VERY PLEASANT staff. No frills, just a place to crash while on vacay. I will be going back & for us, the location was absolutely perfect!! Just minutes from Universal Studios, Griffith Park Observatory, d/t Burbank, my hometown of Glendale, Hollywood Blvd. All highway access.

Not the best quality. Bathroom was very dirty with grime and mold. Few dead roaches found on property and one in the bathroom. Ended up finding another place for my last night in burbank

Very run down and dirty, our first room the AC didn’t work and the shower was all cold water and trickled Out. The staff however were very nice and pleasant, and did give us a new room with working AC. The pool looked nice and the outside areas were clean and kept up. Great location if they update the rooms I would return.

An older property, but for the price, it was fine. Great staff, very pleasant and accommodating to my needs. I had some scheduling changes and they were patient with me and helped work everything out.
