My account was.flaged by Orbitz .Orbits saddly cancled my reservation I did nt think that would happened because it took the payment and gave me the itinerary number , confidently I I continued my travels to the property but after arriving there I was told my reservation was cancled Hello Orbitz I didnt violate your terms and policys please explain what I did. Is it the Orbitz rewarding compensation I received ? Or is it something else I am A Christian sending nude.pictures and using indecent language isn't what did I do ? THE ROOM WAS CLEAN at the Travel lodge Entertainment convention center. Iwas unprepared with grocery, 4 bsgs, and a purse ..Kindly make sure its me that person whom you wish to ban from your website I will also stop giving feedback

Easy check in. Noisy downtown but expected. However, highly recommend curtains because the shades on the windows do not block the sun. 6am bright in your room! Bed not comfy but a quick and clean place to refresh.

I room was just ok then I saw a roach. They didnt even change the towels or pick up trash. The room had no microwave. Just bad would never stay there again

Affordable but not maintained

Room had a musty smell. Only two towels were in the room, we had to ask for more. Fridge was stained. A/C made a terrible rumbling sound. Inside of elevator was in poor condition. We had a non-smoking room, but were able to smell cigarettes and marijuana along the corridor on our last night. There was a phone in the room but had no dial tone. Trash cans had no trash bags in them. No extra toilet paper left in room either and the roll left was not new, luckily we were out most of the time.

Minimal service for not too high rate

I was looking for budget stay, and it was just it. The room had necessary amenities (a fridge, a coffee maker, a clock), and the bed was comfortable enough. However, nobody does room cleaning, and I was not even sure I could request it. The floors were clearly dirty, and someone else's hairs in the sink. The location is convenient, but I am not sure I want to come back.
