Do not stay here. The bedding was stained and the floors are not properly cleaned. When asked to be cleaned it was never done. Photos attached are the floor before “cleaning” and the towel is from after supposedly being cleaned. Not even the lobby was cleaned.

The bathroom had a terrible and the hotel refused to refund stating that it wasnt their fault and it was a sewer problem. If we come to a hotel we are expecting them to take full responsibility to ensure an enjoyable and clean experience. Until they learn to take responsibility for what goes on in their property, they are not recommended.

When we arrived at 4:00pm and they told us to wait to enter our room because they were cleaning the room. When we enter the room there was a strong odor of bleach. Later when my wife was taking a shower the drain was overflowing and was just nasty having the water overflowing. When I made a complaint, they told me they will fix it the following day, but instead they bother us by calling us in the middle of the night to enter the room to fix the drainage issue. The hotel policies said that there was supposed to be housekeeping everyday, but when we there they said it will be every other day instead. The flooring was so dirty it made our feet look like charcoal. That is the reason why we left the hotel one day early. To many bad things in this hotel. Don't recommend.

Terrible service! Their house keeping wouldnt knock on all doors and when they missed us i went to the front desk to ask for our necessities like towels and she would get annoyed and tell me i need to do it when housekeeping comes around and there were time when i did ask housekeeping but they would forget and the front desk lady would still have an attitude about DOING HER JOB. The place is very nice but i would never stay here again due to front desk attitude

The bed sheets had yellow stains along with the pillows. When i arrived the pillows did not have pillow cases and one pillow was almost completely yellow with stains. I was also missing a shower towel. i didn't realized the shower towel was missing until late that night when I went to take a shower. The staff had already gone home and the office was locked. I tried phoning them with no luck. The room itself was nice and clean but unfortunately i have to leave a bad review due to the other issues.

Horrible place and horrible service

Maintain and Clean the rooms. Only one garbage can in the entire 3 bed room. Cleaners forgot to clean the room a couple times during our stay. Mold and mildew and grime in the shower. Very unhygienic. Homeless people in the parking lot. Rusted ice dispenser. No coffee no kettle. Negligible customer service. Unapologetic to being horrible. When twice we complained that the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the room, they didn’t even acknowledge that, pretended to talk to The cleaners but did not even offer to send anybody to remove the trash, provide fresh towels

Found a long black hair in the shower/tub. I and my friend both have short gray hair. Had to ask for towels. They were not in the room. Staff member stated she did not understand English. Surprised her when i repeated my request in Spanish. Im not staying there ever again. Parking my car was ridiculous to maneuver in the tight parking area area.

I was thankful to be able to find a room last minute. When i got to the desk the lady was friendly but didnt speak up and never stood to greet you so it was hard to understand her. She handed me my key i got to my room and immediately noticed the sheets were not changed. There were red and yellow stains, pillow cases were wrinkled and stained. I went to the desk again. No apology was offered. She gave me another room and asked if i used the room! As if she was just going to offer a dirty room to the next person. I got to the second room, again sheets were not changed pillow cases had makeup on them. I found the floor around the table was sticky and had a Popsicle stick on the floor, broken lady razor in the shower hairs all over shower wall and bathroom door, freezer was so full of ice nothing would fit there, remote had no battery cover, shower took 10 minutes to get hot, looked to be dried flowers in the a/c unit, and the ice machince outside was disgusting. On top of that the parking was very tight.
