Upon checking in on 2/13/26, we immediately notified the front desk that there was no hot water in our room. We raised this issue again the following morning. We paid over $300 for our stay, and it is unacceptable that we were unable to take showers after a long day of travel. I expect a refund or a complimentary night's stay at our convenience. Thank you.

All the staff were extremely friendly, front desk, housekeeping, Starbucks & Bistro. Outstanding! Parking is extremely convenient, with covered area adjacent to garage, to park while you register. Quiet too!

The staff was so helpful. The people in The Bistro and who delivered our food were very accommodating and friendly. The gentlemen at the front desk on Sunday helped us find the football game we wanted to watch on the TV in the lobby and told us how to order pizza to be delivered from the next door pizza place.
