This perfectly located townhouse is in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle and has two king suites each with private bath. It is only a two minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs.
There is off Street parking for 2 cars.
One of four identical, side by side, townhouses- each with the same top quality furnishing, and identical amenities (note- some minor details, such as rugs or chairs may vary).
Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and very high end bedding for a better than home experience.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a table for six and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. Work area with desk and ergonomic office chair are tucked into a corner of the oversized bedroom. The third floor has huge king bedroom with sitting area and a full private bath. The sitting area has a double sized sofa sleeper. The third floor bath has an oversized shower with shower heads on each end.

Each bedroom has a 50" smart TV, the living room has a larger smart television above the fireplace. Sign into your favorite app or enjoy spectrum cable. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping!

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.

The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and tacos are all right at your doorstep.



WE OFFER TWO CHECK IN OPTIONS:
1. Digital Self Check In-- Receive your digital door code by email the day before arrival. After letting yourself in the property, you must complete the Guest Arrival Form found on the coffee table. The form requires photo ID and credit card matching the booking name. Within one hour of arrival, you must transmit a digital image of the completed form to us either by text or email. Your information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.
2. Assisted Check In: Available from 330pm to 830pm, we will meet you in person at the property to check you in and collect the Guest Arrival form along with photo ID and credit card information in person.

FAQs:
1. At check in, photo ID and credit card matching the booking name are required. For digital self check in, these are submitted digitally by the guest after they let themselves into the townhouse. Information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.

2. Why can't we have more than 8 guests total in the home for just a few hours?
The Louisville STR ordinance caps the total legal occupancy of short term rentals based on the total number of bedrooms. Violation can result in the removal of our STR license.

3. Our townhouses are located in a vibrant neighborhood with dozens of dining and entertainment options within a short walk. Weekend nights can be lively. Each bedroom has a white noise machine for use by guests.

4. Pets or additional guests added after booking may increase pricing. If you check the box "I am traveling with pets", 1 pet will be included with your booking and our pet fee of $75 for one pet will be in the "host fee". If you have a second pet, there is an additional $35 fee. No more than 2 pets are permitted. Pets cannot be left unattended in the townhouse unless crated.

5. Please inquire about stays more than one year in the future prior to booking. Instant Bookings made more than 365 days in advance may not be honored and the rate may be incorrect. Please note that our minimum nightly pricing for the Kentucky Derby weekend is $1495 per night with a 3 day minimum.

Check in process was a breeze, owner provided great overhead maps with color markings to find the place easily as well as the parking spots. The unit is absolutely beautiful, it’s in an amazing location and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. I would recommend this location if you truly want a comfortable stay.

Condo was great with noisy area.

The condo was nice and clean. Easy to check in and out. It was close to downtown and airport. It was within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. We were glad we didn’t drive our bigger pick up trucks for the trip as parking is tight. One of the parking spaces is in a covered area where when we finally maneuvered into the spot you couldn’t get out of the car. Ended up parking in front of the door which was also tight since all the bigger vehicles parked there. Also noticed many people parked there without parking passes so you might not get a parking space. On a negative note had one of our neighbors catch someone trying to break into their vehicle during the day. So lock your cars and don’t leave anything in them. The street noise is very loud. The bar right across the street had motorcycles out revving their bikes until after 2am and bikes race up and down the street.Friday and Saturday night were both terrible. There is also a fire station close by and you will hear those sirens too. It isn’t quiet. I would recommend the condo since it was clean and convenient. However, I won’t stay again because of parking and noise.

Prime Location and beautiful townhouse

We arrived on Christmas eve the owners were the most amazing people and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The townhouse its self is beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen is stocked perfectly and the location is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this property! We have stayed at many VRBOs and this is by far one of the best. Many restaurants near by, a few bars, the most amazing coffee shop on the corner and a courtyard out front. I could go on and on. We hope to come back one day. Thanks again for everything we had the best time.

We have a wonderful time with plenty of extra space. We enjoyed being able to walk to so many restaurants. Great location. Thankful for the white noise machines provided. They blocked out all the traffic.

Great experience!

The neighborhood is really cool. Lots to do within walking distance and centrally located to both downtown and Churchill Downs. We really appreciated the more hotel-like experience (I.e., not being asked to scrub toilets and the 11 am checkout). The only thing I would say is worth a note is that the stairs are pretty steep. If you had a new walker or someone with mobility challenges, it would be difficult.

Conveniently Located to all the Fun

My husband and I stayed with another couple for 4 nights. The townhouse is so close to Bourbon and Beyond, Churchill Downs and MarketPlace. We ate at several different eateries or stopped by for a drink within walking distance. Very convenient with an urban upbeat atmosphere. Also felt very safe the whole time. The owners are awesome to communicate with and they even gave us tips on where to go. I would recommend this town house for two couples!

Great Stay In the Highlands

We came to Louisville with our adult son for a few days. The listing was exactly as described, great comminication with the owners. Very easy check in. The rental was very clean, comfortable and walking distance to many resturants, bars and shops. The amenities were perfect, plenty of towels, kitchen stocked if you wanted to cook a meal. Easy parking also. Thanks for a great stay!
