We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel Louisville North. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. A special thanks to the General Manager for his kindness—he even greeted us with “Apa Khabar,” which made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch. The hotel itself has a charming, historic character with beautiful décor throughout. Both the indoor and outdoor pools looked fantastic, and we really enjoyed strolling around the small lake at the back of the property—it added a peaceful atmosphere to our stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept. Other than wishing there were a few more outlets, everything else was simply perfect. Overall, we were truly impressed and grateful for the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Are you looking for rude staff members, unclean carpet, and cigarette smoke to fill your nostrils? You’ve found the right place! The photos on the internet are deceiving. These rooms have not been cleaned or updated since Reagan was in office. The showers are cracked and yellow. It’s hard to breathe in the rooms because the air is thick and musky. I would not board a stray dog here, much less allow my family to stay here ever again. I felt unsafe on property the entire time I was here due to the door to the building I was staying in not locking and the crowd that this hotel draws in. Travel 10 minutes into the city of Louisville and pay the extra $50-$100.

I really like location from the Airport. I noticed that a few lights were out in parking lot and I didnt feel safe at night going to car. Rooms were nice little outdated. But beds comfortable and pool was clean.

No problem with parking. You pay for breakfast approx $12-15 but it was standard good to get you going in the morning. The bar is open until late when we were there for the weekend. The room was clean. Our room was far from the lobby but the lake view on the way to the room was great. 15 mins to downtown Louisville. Would stay there again for sure!

My stay at the Radisson was nothing short of wonderful. I have never encountered such kind and genuinely caring staff, and I was deeply touched by the exceptional quality of service throughout my visit. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Radisson team. A special thanks to the receptionist—whose name I unfortunately can’t recall and who was absolutely fabulous; to Jenny, who was incredible and whom I had the pleasure of meeting on my departure day; to the charming bartender who completely won me over ; and above all, to the hotel manager, a man of exception leaving an indelible mark on my heart. I thank you sincerely. I travel a lot around the world and have stayed in numerous 5-star hotels, but Radisson is the one who has carved a special place in my heart.
