The room smelled ceiling was peeling paint The staff was terrible. I would not recommend this place to stay. We end up canceling the room. We are supposed to get a refund. We could not stay there.

Old thin towels upon arrival. Metal in shower handicap grip loose. Shower did not completely turn on. Spout moved when using and tub stopper broken Old and dirty lampshade and burnt carpet Rusted areas of room. Dirty tile 2nd day, housekeeping left bed with no sheets or no towels. Had to go to front desk to request towels because they would not answer the phone. Returned to room only to find turquoise towels that you would not use on your car. Went back to front desk to be told that they were out of towels. Unable to provide receipt at check out. Had to call hotel 3 times after check out for promised email receipt.

The wait was very long from 3pm waited until 5pm systems was down and then rooms wasnt cleaned and ready and then when finally got into room around 7 went to walk in door and someone was in the room they gave me. Staff was friendly however just everything else was not good.

From check in to checkout it was a horrible experience. I paid for a King suite in September and when we checked in we were told they were first come first served even when you pay extra for the room. We waited 40 minutes to check in, the worked was extremely rude and the room had a horrific smell and the carpet was sticky. Our experience was so horrible we did not stay the second night and paid for a different hotel. The icing on the cake is there is not "continental breakfast". There is a restaurant you can pay $14 per person for breakfast.

The checkin was easy and quick, the young man behind the desk was so pleasant. Room is excellent! Clean, lots of room, decorated nicely and modern decor. Microwave, frig, tv, great. Bed really comfy along with the pillows. Havent had breakfast yet but for dinner we went next door to the seafood restaurant called Mis Costas Mariisqueria....excellent!!! There fish plates are huge so we shared. Perfect night!!!

The hotel is old but the rooms are ok to stay for a night or two. The bathrooms are very dated with drop in ceiling tiles that hide crusty plumbing. The indoor pool shares the same open space as the check in desk so you're greeted with an eye watering chlorine smell during check in. Which wouldn't be so bad if check in went quick and smooth but when the hotel clerk is reading her hand written notes on how to check someone in and has to ask the other hotel clerk if they are doing it right before every mouse click, it can get exhausting. The bed slept very well. The pillows are the size of chicklets but you get 5 with a king size bed. But for $65 a night i guess all of that is to be expected.

This was an absolutely horrific stay for myself, my mother and my kiddos. Around 11:30pm we were woken up to someone breaking through the deadbolt lock on our door because the hotel double booked multiple rooms and gave out room keys to other guests checking in. Upon bringing it up to the front desk, the man I presume is the manager told me I “didn’t need to mention this in front of the guests checking in and I could wait off to the side and he would deal with me in a moment.” Only to find out this happened to multiple other families and the kindest person who actually apologized was the faculty maintenance man. The manager continued to scream at multiple guests in the lobby and overall it was a very terrible experience. He didn’t seem to have a care in the world about the safety issue it posed. He had not a care in the world that two grown men gained complete access to a room with two women and children. (The men did apologize even though it wasn’t their fault either )
