The staff at the front desk and walking around was very friendly. The only part i didn’t like was receiving a text that housekeeping would only come by on day 3. We arrived at 530am and housekeeping was attempting to enter our room at 10:40am. When they realized it was deadbolted, they left and came back 20 mins later and did the same. This time they woke our children up. That was frustrating.

Staff was alright when we checked in. Lobby is pretty but the rooms are very small. The bed, I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. The pillows were just big enough for one head. And those were also hard as a rock. The bathroom is small, I had to close the door to use the toilet. The room had a weird smell and just not at all what the pictures had. I do not recommend this hotel. We know someone who is on the police department, and said that this hotel is known for drug and prostitution. Again, I do not recommend this hotel and save your money.

Checking in the staff was great. The staff in the morning was not as friendly. The pool did not open on time and when asked to open it, my son had to stand around and wait. Pool was nice and warm, however sitting as a parent waa FREEZING. Room was clean bathrrom is just out dated and tub was chipping. Overall I would stay again.

Check in gentleman (Richard) was really nice and this was just a quick stop while passing through and not our normal stay. BUT the bathroom had not been cleaned before we were checked in and was covered in hair. The window was also missing the curtain to block out the bright street lights and early morning sun. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy at all, but definitely would have gone elsewhere had I known what I was getting.

Everything in the room worked everything was clean and spotless the staff was very sweet especially Miss Jenny thank you Ms Jenny the pool was clean although it was a little cold but that was just because the ceiling fan was on and it's kind of an open pool but we enjoyed every moment.
