This property seemed nice and staff were friendly, but there were sketchy people hanging around the front door and food area. Manager/janitor? was smoking indoors, didn't seem professional.

Disappointed. I was told that I could have breakfast on the house due to having to be moved into a clean room. My first room was full of garbage. The breakfast was non-existent. The Boy who works in the breakfast deli was 30 min late to work! And then proceeded to tell me he had no breakfast available. I was pissed because I had an 8:30 meeting in Lowell. No coffee - no breakfast food … nothing! Second time in a row that I stayed there and this same problem occurred. They need to fire that boy. He also smoked outside the door everytime I went in and or out, tossing his cigarette butts all over the grass. Gross - Dirty and disappointing.
