This hotel, if you can get the room for no more than maybe $159 at the absolute highest, may be decent. But if you are paying even $1 above that, look elsewhere. It has been renovated to look ok, but it is poorly run, the breakfast is absolutely terrible (who serves raw potatoes when all you probably have to do is microwave them?), the bathtub looked like it was spray painted with white paint (and it sounded like we were going to fall through the floor), the bed / mattress was at an angle where you had to be careful not to roll off, and there was nobody at the front desk to help you with anything 90% of the time. Oh, and the phone lines didn't work at the property so you couldn't call the front desk if you wanted to (for instance, couldn't call anyone when the smoke alarm started going off at 12:30am). Look elsewhere, or waste your money like we did.

BED BUGS !!!!!! Room 101 the bed had bed bugs and I took photos and videos of the bed bugs moving all over the pillows. I collected several of the bed bugs in a clear bag. I reported the incident immediately to the night shift desk clerk who also took photos of the bed bugs in the bag. I checked in on Friday October 23, 2025 at 3:30pm and discovered the bed bugs at 9:30pm. The desk clerk stated that he had no other rooms available and would notify his manager about the situation. I checked out after notifying the desk clerk. I called back the next day on Saturday October 24, 2025 and spoke to a desk clerk named Kimberly who was very rude and stated no refund would be issued because I booked the hotel through a 3rd party web site. I then asked to speak with her supervisor and Kimberly stated I don't know when the manager or owner will be here. She stated they come and go as they please and have no set schedule. Kimberly also refused to give me the name of the owner. Furthermore, the toilet had urine stains under the toilet seat. The owners never reached out to me to offer any kind of the compensation or vouchers. I made a complaint to the best western complaint line. They stated that the owner replied and stated no bed bugs were found and a 3rd party was used to book the hotel so no refund would be given. Of course there was no bed bugs found when YOUR staff looked. They had several days to fix the issues. Very poor hotel.

Staff was friendly. However, Expedia stated property had a hot tub. It did not. We also had strangers attempt to enter our rooms because front desk had mixed up rooms and keys.

Dirty room and bathroom. When we told front desk, the lady there didn’t even attempt to clean. No towels upon arrival. Usual response from staff “we ran out”. Breakfast including coffee “we ran out”. Forks “we ran out”. Will never ever book here.

On the morning of the Homecoming Game, the breakfast lounge was packed and ran out of food. The desk lady rushed into the kitchen to bring out food for the guests when the cook(s) didnt show up on time. She deserves a huge raise and recognition

No and they had construction right outside the room they gave me. They told me they were refunding my money but now i have 2 charges for Rodeway. I finally came to another hotel with better rooms and service

Staff was friendly. The beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. You can hear the neighbors above and beside you. The rooms are a little outdated and you can smell the carpets. Good for a one night stay after a night out.
