Very Clean

The room was very clean. The price was very reasonable. The only coffee they offer in the room is Decaf and tea. You have to go to the breakfast area for a regular cup of coffee. There were no condiments in the room. No hand soap and no bath soap or shampoo. There were no hangers in the closet. Also, I think they should update the room with USB for your phones and iPads. I would stay there again because the price was so reasonable, and I would know to be sure and take hand soap and other necessities.

So disappointed

Has gone from being an older not updated hotel to being very run down. Water leaks not fully repaired (ceiling poor condition and wall paper actually falling off the wall) Suite not fully stocked with plates, etc Kuerig didn’t work breakfast not what it was - only cereal, waffles and store bought bread for toast. No smoking policy obviously not enforced- bath fan didn’t work so we had to small pot all night in our room.

Clean and friendly staff

This hotel was very clean and is a great value for the money. The front desk registrar was very friendly when we checked in and the evening registrar went above and beyond to help us to find my sick father some salt for his food. We sincerely appreciate a nice clean place to stay.

The air conditioner vent looks like it has bird poop in it and when we turned the heat on it smelled bad. It just needs a good vacuuming

Clean rooms, don't go for the breakfast!

Our overall experience was good. The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable. I had read the reviews of the mediocre breakfast so we weren't expecting much, but it was the worst breakfast experience we have had in all our travels. The main issues were lack of milk/creamer for the coffee and cereal and the lack of food. There was one gallon of 2% milk in a small fridge that would not allow the door to shut because it was too small for the gallon jug. This milk was to be used for all of the cereal and the only "creamer" option for the coffee. When the gallon was empty the clerk told my husband "they used all that in an hour and a half?!" This was a Sunday morning at 8am with quite a few people in the breakfast area. The other thing I will say is that the tv in this room had a very inappropriate (profanity, nudity, sexual content, etc.) movie playing during the breakfast time. I alerted the clerk of this as there was small children in the room. It was at least 15 minutes before she picked up the remote to change the channel. Overall, the hotel was fine, I would just not plan on eating breakfast there!

Pros: 1. Room was clean and decent sized. 2. Location in town was good. 3. Woman at front desk was friendly at check-out. Cons: 1. Unfriendly staff (except for one person), 2. Hotel is located on a one-way access road; getting to hotel is easy but is sometimes a pain. 3. No maid service. 4. Breakfast consisted of (what looked like leftover) cereal and waffles, slices of white bread, and coffee. Pretty paltry. 5. Stingy coffee service in room. 6. Not that the stinginess in coffee supplies meant anything--the coffee maker didn't work anyway.

This was a solid B grade hotel in Lubbock. One of the workers to me 2 rooms were broken into this past week and some vandalism to guest cars. My frig was leaking water, phone was broken and disconnected, tv didn’t work, hair on bathroom floor, bedding was dirty on one of the beds. They used to have a good full breakfast. Only waffles and bread.
