It’s always good at the ashmore!! The staff is ALWAYS SO amazing!! Austin is always smiling and ready to go the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy! The GM, Nicole (I think ) is always smiling and very accommodating!

Staff is amazing!

It was good! I stay here often for work and every time I come the service is amazing!! Austin, who works the front desk is awesome! He always has a smile on his face. He’s extremely helpful and he definitely knows this hotel inside and out, which makes things a lot easier. He definitely goes the extra mile to make sure that his job is done w perfection!

Last minute trip to be with someone in the hospital. This place use to be my favorite. Great location but has really went downhill. Pool was absolutely disgusting. Musty smell throughout hotel. Unfortunately I'll probably stay somewhere else in the future.

Overnight stop-off

Our family were traveling lare and needed a place to stop off. There were six of us and needed room on a budget. This place provided that; however, the room did smell of smoke and our coffee Kerurig machine did not work. The pull out sofa didn't have any blankets nor pillows. We got in late and had we gotten in sooner, perhaps we could have received the services we needed. It provided a roof over our head and a place to sleep and for that I'm thankful.

Nice room, nice price.

A nice stay. Close to everything we were in Lubbock to do. Room was clean and quiet. Furniture had some damage to it but overall a pleasant room and stay.
