Staff was incredibly nice and accomodating. TV didn't work but it was taken care of immediately. Coffee staff on first floor were a great group of college age girls that talked "college" with my daughter while we were there for orientation. Very sweet.

Very convenient location to Texas Tech. Room was clean but seemed dated. Great breakfast but pricey. No TV due to maintenance. No offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. Probably will stay elsewhere next time I go to Lubbock.
