The room was gross. The shower had hair etc in it. One of the two beds the comforter had stains and was damp. I booked the room that day because i needed somewhere to rest while on a roadtrip. I didnt get in until around 3am and they canceled my room and i had yo rebook. They did let me go ahead in the room so i could shower and sleep.

Bring your own towels.

Rm 110 is a smoking rm. Stunk real bad and we had to move rooms. Rm card readers barely work. Room only had one set of towels. There were no extras up front, we had to wait till morning to shower. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast area was very clean and food was good. Lots of selection.

every day ,i had to go to the front desk and request a second washcloth because 2 men were staying in the room and i not sharing a washcloth with another guy. They would empty trash daily but ,would not refill coffee bar or clean unless requested. would of been nice to know i have to ask them to do their job

No Towels

They were constantly out of towels. There were no towels available at the pool, nor were they available even for the room for showers. We had to re-use towels. The elevator had stains on the floor, along with debris and popcorn stuck in the door frames that weren't cleaned during our two days there. Our door lock jammed up twice. There were stains on the couch. Finally, the phone did not work, nor did the mini fridge. Definitely not our best stay in Lubbock, nor will we stay here in the future.

The property is poorly maintained. The women's restroom in the lobby was out of order upon arrival. The first floor had a very bad odor. There was only one washcloth and two bath towels for three people. When we requested more towels, we were told that they didn't have any. The next day, house keeping emptied the trash 🗑 and didn't make the beds. How do you manage a hotel and let your hotel run out of towels?? Do not stay here. Trust me!!!

I booked with Hotels.com. The app glitched and booked me twice. When I a checked in the attendant asked for which reservation? I said I only reserved one room. They had two separate reservations that were exactly the same. I said I only need one room. I asked to be refunded or cancel the reservation. The attendant blamed it on Hotels.Com and Hotels.com isn’t taking responsibility either. Long story short, I paid for two rooms and only reserved one and only used one but no one cares about doing what’s right.
