Tämä ensimmäisen kerroksen studiohuoneisto sopii täydellisesti seuraavaan viikonloppuun! Se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä tämän suuren kerrostalokeskuksen keskustaa, sisäuima-altaan ja kuntokeskuksen ja ulkouima-altaan vieressä. Sisältää keskusilman, wifi: n ja kaapelin.

Harbour Village on todella poikkeuksellinen kehitys, jossa on yksityinen satama, ulkouima-allas ja poreallas; sisätiloissa oleva uima-allas, poreallas ja kuntosali sekä yksityinen suljettu leikkipaikka lapsille ja huvimaja mukavalle romanttiselle illalle.

Easy access to the beach and great parking. Check in and out were easy. I would have liked the AC thermostat to go below 70. Quiet neighborhood and a nice area to walk and enjoy the surroundings. We will stay here again. Thank you Jessica for your seamless communication and instructions.

The unit needs updated. The appliances were old and the bed was not comfortable. During are stay we also found a fully cooked meal in the oven. The location was great easy access to the lake.

Great location but Disappointing

We booked this location with plans to bring our Cavapoo, but changed our minds. Good decision. Location was great, and everything we needed was provided. But the patio and kitchen windows faced the living room windows faced the street, so we didn’t have the blinds up much. Found dog hair on everything, including bedspread and sheets. See pic of ?? on the bottom sheet. Found clean sheets in closet and changed them, left bedspread off. Notified manager. They sent people to clean while we were out the next day. On return, still dog hair on couch and pillows. We booked for 3 nights, stayed only 2. They did refund the cleaning fee. I suggest they find a new cleaning service as this was unacceptable.

Perfect location!

Great studio with full kitchen for a quick weekend stay! Perfect for the 3 of us! I was MOST impressed with how CLEAN the studio was and it smelled great. (I’m very particular about this and I’ve found most places aren’t as thorough, so thank you!) great location to the 5th street beach and some of our favorite hiking spots! The only downside we found was the gnats (common issue all around) and the tv remote doesn’t work well. Multiple important buttons don’t work at all. Otherwise would definitely stay here again for a quick trip! Thank you!

A perfect launch pad for adventure

This property was a perfect launch pad for my northern Michigan adventures. Dog friendly beaches, restaurants, great hiking all nearby. The studio was clean and comfortable with a great view from the porch and the living area, allowing for a lovely atmosphere to read and relax on chilly mornings. The well appointed kitchen was a great bonus. It’s a gem!

Beautiful spot with great view

Perfect for one or two people who want to be out of town but only a short trip into town. The condo development is very tastefully done. Quiet area and nice view looking out of the living and dining area. Biking both north and south of the area is wonderful. Manistee hasn’t been “found out” yet.

As advertised. Difficult to locate the unit. Parking no problem. Tv not optimal & bed uncomfortable. The view & peaceful walks on 5th Avenue beach was vrry nice.

The accommodations were good. Bed, not great. Tv didn’t work until the manager came & fixed it. But it was shortly before we left. Probably won’t do this one again.

Happy Puppy Enjoyed a Beach Vacation

We had a great time staying here. We stayed for 4 nights but extended to 5 because we were having so much fun. The location is PERFECT. There is plenty of counter space and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was pretty comfy, we had no trouble sleeping. I loved having the vacuum handy which made it easier to pickup all the sand that we inevitably tracked in. It was pretty chilly and rainy for a couple of our days so we dried our stuff by the fireplace and had a cozy evening. They even had a few puzzles for us so we weren't bored. And fun coffee pods, which were very welcomed on the cool mornings! Our 2 year old golden retriever LOVES swimming and water. This property is steps away from Man Made lake which was perfect. Lake Michigan had a strong undertow and high waves so we kept her safe in the little lake and she had a blast. Afterwards, we would walk her around the neighborhood to dry off. Everyone was friendly and happy to meet her. It was nice to have the grass area right outside and close to the trash so we could throw her droppings away easily ;) Only thing I'd recommend is bringing an extra bath towel for yourself because we only got 2 for 4 nights. (Of course we brought 3 dog towels and 5 beach towels for our beach vacation so it wasn't a huge deal).

Horrible bed

The bed was horrible. Murphy bed that had not been cleaned under for some time, actually gave me an allergic asthma attack. We paid for 3 nights and could only stay 1 night and had to relocate to a hotel. The bathroom door did not open fully, a hazard when going to the bathroom at night, very bad design. I would not recommend and will not be staying, (or rather paying NOT to stay) again.

We'll be back!

Our stay at Harbor Point was fabulous! This studio was small but efficiently set up. The kitchen was functional and fully stocked. The murphy bed was actually comfortable (and we both have back issues). The location was extremely convenient. From dishwaher detergent to cleaning supplies, this condo had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We will be back!
