This is a working class blue collar hotel. For the price you get, it’s what you expect. The rooms were pretty much clean, towels were clean, beds were clean, fridge, A/C and microwave worked. Area is fairly quiet, with the occasional line or rig worker coming in late. Few restaurants nearby and only a hour and a half away from Austin. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and the care they are trying to put into the upkeep. I’d stay here again to avoid a 25 min drive to a name brand hotel.

The hotel and staff were great and the place was very clean. My only challenge was speaking to a person from the hotel. They must use a service and those people would not connect me to the hotel - at one point one of the customer service agents yelled at me that it was HIS job to answer my questions - that the hotel was busy. But once we got to the actual hotel everyone was really nice.
