Although navigator had us running through what seemed like the back woods the hotel was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows on the bed, appeared to be very fluff filled, collapsed to nothing when lying head down to rest making it uncomfortable. Breakfast foods were comparable to other hotels that have breakfast service

Our room was okay, the hvac unit was extremely loud and in the middle of the night there a dog barking in the hallway that woke us up. Other than those 2 things the experience was okay.

Pros: Staff was very friendly Nice common space with lovely aesthetics Free breakfast was clean and fresh Beds were comfortable (firm side) Plenty of pillows (soft & firm options) A/C worked well Large tv Generally well maintained/clean Easy parking and decently lit Gym was small but clean Good snack options including local treats Cons: One of our beds had black hair on the sheet/had to replace ourselves Elevator is very slow and there is only 1 A/C is older and loud Noisy everything: bring earplugs if you must stay here! floors are thin with no padding under the carpet. Every step makes a sound. People below us complained because walking/rolling the office chair an inch was too loud
