Dirty, musty and moldy. I didn’t want to walk on the floor without shoes as the carpet had stains and looked dirty. The bathroom had mold on the ceilings and all around the bath/shower. The first thing you are greeted with walking into the room is a pungent musty smell. Breakfast was free, can’t expect much I suppose. “Dining room” was dirty, crumbs everywhere, tables not cleaned between use. When done eating, you put your plates etc into a tub. The hot water boiler to make tea and coffee had bugs in it.

Stayed 2 nights, bed sheets had brown marks stains and black grit throught the bed. Got a brown blanket out of the drawer and had lots of stains on it. Aircon remote worked to turn on aircon and thats all the remote screen is blank so no way of knowing what temperature or fan speed its on. The exhaust fan in bathroom sound like a V8 super car idileing. Turn on tap in bathroom and sounds like a freight train and mirror in bathroom very cloudy can't see anything and lights very dull. A metal strip the seperates the vinyl and tiles in lifting up and stuck downn with duck tape which is lifting off and kept kicking it. The main light was not worki g so quite dull. And a 6" x 6" microfibre cloth for a teatown. Overall terrible not staying there again.🤑🤑

We booked two family room advertised with queen & 2xtwin and booked due to excellent ratings but this was not the case, the beds were not set up and to make up our own beds for kids, the blankets were dirty, the room itself is dated and not like the pictures, holes in curtains, aircon smells, tv didn’t work in one room, bathrooms had mould and tap in basin didn’t really work more than a dribble, rubbish in garden areas outside room. Not impressed at all and won’t be back. Might look ok from outside but not on inside and not as it is advertised.

The room was dirty and very dusty. Bedding was not clean and blanket had a terrible odour. The couch was very dirty and would not sit on it. The outside door was sealed shut. This is a fire hazard. Loose wires hanging out of the wall next to the bed. The outside of the building was very dirty and needed a good clean. Breakfast was terrible. I cannot understand why this is a 4 star establishment. Front desk closed early. Could reach the front desk as the cell reception was non existent in number 20. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. I left early forrgoing my second night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service. The front desk staff lacked hospitality and seemed unfriendly. In room 38A, the toilet water was running nonstop day and night, which was both noisy and wasteful. The room itself was not well maintained — the door had visible dirty fingerprints, and the furniture was poorly arranged, making it impossible to open the closet properly. Overall, it felt like attention to detail and guest comfort were not priorities.
