I booked a handicap room and the toilet looked like it for for a child not to mention it moved when you sat down. when I went to check in you actually have to go to another hotel to do that and it seemed like a high price for a hotel that is less than mediocre

Stay away ! This property has BUGS ! We went to the office for a full refund and wanted to stay at a different motel far far away from this place. They would not issue a refund, but simply offered us another nights stay at another motel they also managed. After inspecting the other room, we found it to be satisfactory but sadly at 1 AM. Someone tried to open our motel door. Thank the good Lord we had the security lock on.

Left over food in fridge. Sink is dirty and bugs in it. Floor not vacuumed. Off putting smell in room. The room is nothing like the pictures showed. Had to go to hotel next door to check in. Probably one of the worst places I gave stayed.

The building is old. Our room was large. The beds were ok.. the t.v. and cable signal was bad. We had to unplug the server a few times to get signal back and the t.v. was fuzzy. The lamps were in bad shape and old. The carpet was horrible. I never went bare foot and I instructed my husband and daughter to do the same. It smelled of over powering cleaning product and urine so much that we had to keep our window open the entire time. The shower curtain was so long that a good 6 inches of it layed in the tub while showering and it would not stay shut because it was on a curved downward rod which made the corners slide down to the middle. The water pressure was painfully strong. My husband and daughter bought swim suits from a walmart to go swimming and that lasted about 10 mins because she was terrified of all the spiders floating down from the ceiling of the enclosed pool and landing in the water. My husband said there were AT LEAST 15 to 20 that he tried scooping out just in the corner of the pool he was in. Front desk was super nice, but we had to check into the property next door which made me feel a bit weary that we were on some abandoned second thought property. Housekeeping was very kind also. It was $144 plus $25 for my dog. So it did what it needed for the 2 nights we were visiting my mom, who is a local. I chose this hotel simply because a different one that had higher stars had bed bugs earlier in the season. This one, after close inspection, DID NOT.

woman at the counter was nice. when i got to the room and slept i woke up and there were bedbugs in the sheets. i pulled off the covers and tried to sleep in the middle of the bed. got 3 hours sleep maybe. room was nice but bedbugs everywhere

Look elsewhere if you want rest

Our stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. Despite requesting early check-in, our request was not honored, and there was minimal communication or transparency around the delay. The one bright spot was a gentleman at the front desk who was responsive, provided updates on our room status, and genuinely tried to make things right — his effort is the only reason this isn't a lower rating. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell flat. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room had a very small television that couldn’t be viewed from both beds, which was inconvenient. Outside the property, there was an excessive number of spiders, which made sitting or walking outside unpleasant. To top things off, a member of our group became sick during the stay, and when we attempted to clean up, the housekeeper was not only unhelpful but also rude and disrespectful — not the kind of treatment you'd expect in a situation where some empathy would go a long way. Overall, I would give this stay a 4/10. Poor communication, uncomfortable accommodations, and a lack of professionalism from staff (with one exception) made this a stay we wouldn’t choose to repeat.
