The room had a very bad odor, like musty and wet. Nothing dried during our 3 night stay - towels, robes, bathing suits. Breakfast was not appetizing. Bins left out in the hallway with dirty laundry, which actually was convenient so we didn’t have to keep the wet towels in our room. Overall, wish we went somewhere else. The only nice part was that it was right on the water and close to the ferry.

Overall visit was great. Breakfast though could certainly use more options and time considering amount of people. The front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly!! Would definitely stay again!

Our bathroom door would not shut. A handy man was called to fix it. He worked extremely hard shaving the bottom of the board. It could be closed with much effort and even more effort when trying to open it. It certainly was not his fault that he could not fix it. It should have been reported a long time ago. There was so much moisture in the room that many things felt wet. I booked two queen beds and ended up with 2 double beds. The towels were very stiff. Most hotels have extremely soft towels, but not this establishment. I could not believe the lack of security! Anybody could have walked in since the doors were not locked! This place was not worth the $600+ I paid!

Carpet felt very dirty- I always had to have shoes on. Hotel had a bad smell. Pillows were not comfortable. My kids wouldn’t use shower. We went to breakfast at 845. Long line- out of juice, coffee, fruit and most bread. They wouldn’t refill. Chlorine in pool bothered my kids skin. No WiFi. Beach had cigarettes butts and cans. Chairs over turned and old. It’s 50 fee if don’t return a hotel key. Staff at check in were very abrupt. Coffee in lobby was very weak. No place to fill water bottles.

Staff was great, hotel could use some TLC.

Booked an exclusive suite - beds were ok comfort wise, more firm than stiff. Only one room had a window, other was completely dark unless using a light - did not expect that. Breakfast is not worth it and had either a long line to enter the room (found out they service breakfast for more than one hotel) or once you made it through the line, there wasn’t much food left. That was a bummer having 3 kids. Our room attendant, Garrick, did a great job keeping towels stocked and trash empty which was greatly appreciated with kids and everything we touched felt clean but hotel and rooms could use a good deep cleaning (dusty pictures, bathroom ceiling had hair/grime on it right above shower, exhaust fan clogged with dust/hair, paint peeling in hallways, etc). Beach access was fabulous, overall I would stay here again but for how much they charge- building needs love/restoration.

The staff especially front desk were not welcoming they acted like checking you in and any question were bothering them. Breakfast food options were great but it was packed and not enough staff because they kept running out of food so what we could get was good. Not sure that we would stay in the future we found there are so many options for staying in the area.
