We walked into a dirty room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Stains on the bed sheets, mold covering the bathroom ceiling and it looks like it has flooded because there was a waterline on the doors and walls that was cracked and peeling in places. The doors were especially rotted. Hair in the bathroom, dirt on the floors. It was shocking. We tried to switch rooms, but our other choices were just as bad. My daughter is asthmatic and suffered greatly because of the smoke smell. It was already 3am and we were so tired and there was no where else to stay. We slept on top of the beds without unmaking them in all of our clothes and left all of our luggage in the car in case of bed bugs. We didn’t shower or use anything in the room and got out right at daylight. Our dog was acting strange in the room and was very sick the next day. He died later that evening. We think he may have gotten into something that was on the floor in the room. It was an absolute nightmare and continues to be one.

The hotel rooms had a very musty smell. Although they appeared clean, they did not smell clean. Beds were very hard and pillows seemed to have minimal filling. The breakfast was good and more than enough and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

The front desk was friendly annd check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and appeared wll maintained. Breakfast was great and the make-it-yourself waffle were excellent. The breakfast hostess was one of the nicest people I have ever met. BEST deal ever.
