Do yourself a favour book a suite and be comfortable ! Just like home! Wasn’t sure when we first walked in but very pleasantly surprised ! Disappointed no breakfast tho so off to Cracker Barrel in the morning!

My recent visit was great, and I would highly recommend this place. One of the first things I noticed and appreciated was how immaculately clean the room was—a truly pristine and welcoming sight after traveling. Beyond the physical space, the staff deserve immense praise for their kindness and superb service. They were genuinely nice and made every interaction a pleasure. It is also clear that the management has invested wisely, as the new updates and enhancements are nothing short of amazing. They've successfully brought the entire establishment to a whole new level of quality and comfort.

I would stop again

My husband & I were just traveling through & needed a place to sleep after a long day of driving. This Hotel was under construction, but the staff were friendly, the room was clean & the bed was comfortable. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby.

What I did NOT like is that thee was no hot water the night I stayed nor was there any hot water the next morning. I let the shower run for 20 minutes the night and for 20 minutes them morning and never had hot water. This was very disappointing as I had driven over 900 miles and wanted a hot shower. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told that in that room the shower controls were backward and hot was cold and cold was hot. This was a poor attempt to explain no hot water. If it was so, I should have been informed. However, it was NOT so, as I tried that tactic and still had no hot water. I should be given a full refund for the lackluster accomodations and for the staff lying to me. Very, very disappointed in Candlewood.
