Room was dirty, tub was falling apart and the bed skirt had some weird stain. I did not feel cozy or comfortable in the room. In the bathroom there was dust around the towels as though no one had touched them in months. The room was not sound proofed at all and we could hear our neighbors above. Tried to go swimming but the pool was really gross. We were even attacked by mosquitoes at the indoor pool. There was no way I would have used the hot tub. Service was the best thing about this stay, everyone was very pleasant and friendly.

Our room smelled filthy bed skirt was very gross it looked like it hadn’t been washed in a while pool was dirty and so much chlorine you couldn’t stay long in there will not be coming back or recommend it’s a shame we’ve been staying there every year for years
