Hotel is nice enough, housekeeping needs work

The carpets down the halls were sticky from a spill in the elevator that was left there for at least the 12 hours I was there. My sandals actually stuck as I walked the hall. The entire elevator floor was like stepping in taffy.

A Nice Layover

Overall, the room was ok, but the room was very stuffy on entry. We ran the AC which helped but the unit is very loud making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast bar was nothing spectacular. The hard boiled eggs were almost impossible to peel leaving an unappetizing mess.

There was drug paraphernalia in the room and on the bed where my children were going to be sleeping. Front desk was extremely helpful in getting it fixed and cleaned.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The only downside was the price for a small dog to stay was about $70 for 1 night. We did not see when when booking and caught us by surprise.
