Front desk service was great and friendly. Room smelled like someone was smoking before we got there. Beds were not very comfortable, and the shower head needed to be replaced as it sprayed all over the shower.

The Hotel is Very Nice and Everything Looks Amazing! Staff is Super Friendly and we Loved the Breakfast Buffet, they have a lot of different Items on the Menu. We will definitely be back to this Hampton Inn in the Future.

My credit card was charged multiple times by the hotel due to system issues, resulting in over $3,000 on hold. A personal item was also taken from my room, and after some persistence, the front desk clerk finally agreed to retrieve it. The room keys didn’t work, and the staff blamed either old equipment or my card being near my cell phone. The staff was unhelpful and defensive about the charges, refusing to take responsibility.

Stay somewhere else!!!!

The hotel was outdated, mattresses were hard and horrible to sleep on. The carpets were stained and outdated. The bathroom tiles were loose and popping up off the floor. Hallway trash was never emptied. Breakfast was horrible. The woman in the kitchen was making her breakfast and eating instead of serving the breakfast and everytime we went to get coffee it was out. We would tell the lady working the breakfast and it wouldn’t get refilled. We stay at Hamptons for the cleanliness and comfort but this hotel was lacking in every aspect. If we ever come back to Wisconsin, I will absolutely not stay here.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was standard but always well stocked. My only grievance was the bed, only because I found the mattress too soft for my liking, which made it an uncomfortable sleep. Great amenities!
